STEP 2027 – Affiliate and Committee Program Proposals

Thank you for your interest in helping shape Strengthen Teens, Elevate Potential (STEP) 2027! We invite ACB special-interest affiliates and committees to propose interactive experiences for blind and low vision students, STEP-specific programming for parents and guardians, or existing ACB Conference and Convention sessions that could benefit STEP parents.

Student experiences should emphasize participation, practice, exploration, and interaction rather than lengthy presentations or panels. Proposed student experiences must connect to at least one Pre-Employment Transition Services (Pre-ETS) area. Selected student sessions may run for 1 hour, 90 minutes, or 2 hours.

Submit one proposal or session recommendation per form. You may submit this form again for additional ideas. Deadline: December 5, 2026. Submission does not guarantee inclusion in STEP 2027.
