20250624 Herbies community Cooking Corner

Participants joined me for another cooking adventure. This time: Hamburger Casserole Presented by Ledon and me.
If you cook along, you need the following:
·       one pound of ground beef
·       one onion
·       One green bell pepper
·       1can of diced tomatoes (do not drain them!)
·       One can of condensed tomato soup
·       one cup of uncooked elbow macaroni
·       half a cup of water
·       garlic powder
·       dried oregano
·       salt and pepper
·       Large Skillet
·       a 9×13 inch baking dish
·       a stirring spoon
·       some aluminum foil
