20250701 Herbies Cooking Corner

Participants joined me for another cooking adventure. This time: Teriyaki Chicken Thighs.
If you cook along, you need the following:
·      Six boneless, skinless chicken thighs
·      1/4 cup of soy sauce
·      2 tbsp honey or brown sugar
·      2 tbsp rice vinegar
·      1 tbsp sesame oil
·      Two cloves garlic-minced
·      1 tbsp fresh ginger-grated
·      1/4 cup of water
·      1 tbsp cornstarch (optional-for thickening the sauce)
·      1 tbsp sesame seeds (optional-for garnish)
·      two green onions-chopped (optional, for garnish)

Note: it recommends Marinating 30 minutes to two hours. There are also several different methods you can use for cooking this recipe, but I focused on baking.
