20250923 Herbies Community Cooking Corner

This time: Snickerdoodle Coffee Cake. If you cook along, you need the following:
·       Cake Batter:
o   10 Tbs of Butter (softened)
o   1 Cup Sugar
o   1 tsp Vanilla
o   1 Egg
o   1/4 tsp Salt
o   2 tsp Baking Powder
o   1/2 Cup Milk
o   1/2 Cup Sour Cream
o   2 Cups of Flour
 
·       Cinnamon Swirl:
o   1/4 Cup Butter softened, but not melted (see note)
o   3/4 Cup Sugar
o   2 tsp Ground Cinnamon
 
·       Icing:
o   One-half Tbs Butter, softened
o   1 Cup Powdered Sugar
o   2/3 Tbs Milk
