Participants joined me for another cooking adventure. This time: Meatloaf with stovetop stuffing mixed with Lucy E.
If you cook along, you need the following:
·     1 ½ lbs. ground beef
·     1 6-ounce box stovetop stuffing mix, any brand
·     2 large eggs
·     ¼ cup milk
·     1 cup plus 2 tbsp. Ketchup
