Participants joined me for another cooking adventure. This time: Awesome Apple Bread presented by Cindy Labon. If you cook along, you need the following:
·     1 cup vegetable oil
·     3 eggs
·     2 cups of sugar
·     1 teaspoon vanilla
·     3 cups diced apples – Gala or Honeycrisp apples.
·     3 cups of all-purpose flour
·     1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
·     1 teaspoon baking soda 1 teaspoon salt
·     1 cup chopped nuts, optional.
·     preheated oven at 325
·     2 mixing bowls
·     2 9 by 5 loaf pans
